Fare and payment information

How much is the fare?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, credit cards are accepted on our reservation site. Accepted cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, WeChat Pay, ALIPAY
Do you accept QR code payments?
No, unfortunately we only accept credit cards on our reservation site.
Do I need to pay for the driver's admission or meals?
No, you do not. Please note, however, that admission fees are required if you wish to have the driver accompany you to a museum, etc.
Do you charge cancellation fees?
  • If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us via this site.
  • A cancellation URL is included in the reservation confirmation email.
  • Please see the below for detailed cancellation fees.

  1. By 6:00 p.m. 2 days before your reservation: 0%
  2. By noon the day before your reservation: 50%
  3. Later than noon the day before your reservation: 100%

Course information

Can I decide the course on the day of my reservation?
Yes, you are welcome to decide the course on the day of your reservation.
The driver is also happy to offer suggestions after consulting with you.
Can I change the course after booking or on the day of my reservation?
Yes, you may.
Please feel free to let the driver know on the day of your reservation and they will do their best to accommodate your requests.
Will there be time for meals when booking a chartered sightseeing taxi or car service?
Yes, but please note that all meal times will be considered part of the chartered service time.
Should I decide where I want to eat in advance?
Feel free to talk to the driver on the day of your reservation when deciding on where to eat. Note however, that we recommend making reservations in advance during the busy season. We ask that you make reservations on your own.

Other

Can I eat lunch or other meals in the taxi?
We ask that you refrain from eating and drinking in the vehicle.
Do you offer wheelchairs or car seats?
Please contact us in advance if you require a wheelchair or car seat. We will let you know if any are available.
Note: When booking, please let us know if you need a wheelchair or car seat in the "Requests" field.
Can I smoke in the taxi?
All cars are non smoking.

Can I bring an animal in the taxi?
Small pets are allowed in the vehicle as long as they are in a cage with the door closed (Pets may not be held in the vehicle).
Note: The pet must fit completely inside the cage. They will not be allowed onboard if their face or other body parts are outside the cage. Please leave your pet inside the cage when getting into or out of the vehicle. The above does not apply, however, in case of service dogs for persons with visual or hearing impairments.

If you are using domain-specific reception or email-specific reception, please make sure that you can receive emails from "limo-transfer.co.jp".
Please refrain from using @icloud.com addresses as emails may not be delivered.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Information from this site will be sent from limo-transfer.co.jp. Please set it up so that you can receive emails from there.
