1. Please book car service via the reservation site when you have decided on the date, number of people, and model.
   Please use the reservation site when booking from outside of Japan.
2. We will arrange a vehicle according to the details in your reservation.
3. Once arrangements have been made, we will send a reservation confirmation message. After confirming the details, please make payment via credit card, etc. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.
4. We will provide information on the vehicle the day before your reservation at the latest.

• If we do not contact you about your online reservation, it means your car has not been booked. In this case, please contact us via "Inquiries."
• You must provide a mobile phone number where you can be reached on the day of your reservation.
• To confirm your reservation, you must make payment once we have arranged a vehicle.
